  • Introduction to herbs and how they they work.

  • Different types of medicines - teas, tinctures, glycerites, creams.

  • Making a tea mix and drying herbs.

Tea/ Coffee break

  • Medicinal properties of some common herbs: Thyme, Sage, Fennel, Lemon balm, Mint, Oregano , Rosemary and Parsley

  • Tasting session

  • Making a simple tincture – theory and practice

  • (bring a screw top jam jar for your tincture)
